• New Hires • Benefit management • Background Checks • Drug & Alcohol Screen • Recruitment • Weekly Payroll Processing • Labor Distribution Reports • Confidential Employee Incentive Program Management(BONUS) • Workers Compensation Reporting While at Sulzer I managed all new hire paperwork, new hire orientation, benefit enrollments for new hires, background checks and drug screens as well as annual open enrollment meetings for multiple states. I was also responsible for maintaining all personnel files, processing payroll changes, processing Payroll weekly and semi-monthly utilizing 3 ADP payroll systems, labor distribution reports, confidential employee incentive programs including annual bonus, Worker Compensation Reporting, and Benefit Administration for all employees.
