Daily Duties at Micro Tech:

I led proposal and capture teams that maintained a >40% win rate, successfully capturing significant contracts such as Air Force Netcents II Products and NETOPS Services, DHS CDM CMaaS, GSA OASIS, FBI ITSC, Navy Seaport-e, FBI ITAP, NASA SEWP V, NIH CIO-CS, as well as several other smaller BPA and task order contracts. In addition to Proposal and Capture Management responsibilities, in this role I also led a Program Management team responsible for managing MicroTech’s IDIQ contract portfolio – about 2 dozen Task Order-based IDIQ services-oriented contracts with varying scopes and customer bases. In addition to the daily administrative & reporting functions, this management includes all aspects associated with bringing customers to the contract vehicles and then responding to the resulting task order requests, and includes business development, capture management, and submitting proposal. MicroTech Recruiting and Marketing resources also reported to me in this role.

What they like about Micro Tech:

You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
