Supervised Fluence and Radiation Analysis group (6 engineers/scientists) - Interface between radiological analysts and other disciplines (e.g., Fuels, Materials, Fracture Mechanics), customers, utility representatives and NRC Reviewed and approved complex calculations to ensure customer and readability expectations were met Developed reports for optimal understanding of radiological analyses by non-radiological users Developed proposals, schedules, task plans, change orders and status reports for various small to medium engineering projects (~50K to $800K) Drove research & development (R&D) efforts of the team through long term planning, defending estimates and scopes for funding authorization and periodic reporting of results.
