● Maintained effective cooperation with carbon fiber technicians and operators, ensuring fuselage layup procedures and technical data coherence; handled product and process improvements investigations/plans development, provided technical guidance ● Conceptualized and successfully integrated innovative products and production equipment precision and accuracy inspection and assessment tools; created product and tooling 3D models utilizing CATIA V5, Enovia and IVT ● Served as a Corrective Action Board Director; spearheading the internal audit program to ensure proper execution of Non Conformances and Corrective Action Requests; handled root-cause analyses and investigated issues in a timely manner ● Held full accountability for first article inspections, tool accountability support, and statistical analysis on non-conforming products, as well as proactively sustained AS9100/ISO9001, Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Six Sigma guidelines utilization and adherence ● Maximized product quality through masterful statistical analysis and consequent process enhancement solution integration ● Developed and implemented quality assurance standards, processes, and controls. ● Developed methods for inspection, testing, evaluated production capabilities and recommended improvements.
