Daily Duties at L 3 Vertex Aerospace :

● Hold primary accountability for UH-60 A/L/M quality assurance sustainment, while controlling aircraft records’ accuracy ● Deliver compelling leadership for mechanics and junior inspectors, advising on maintenance procedures and aircraft systems, as well as resourcefully consult engineers on troubleshooting, system and major airframe structural repairs ● Ensure aircraft adherence to the latest Aviation Safety Action, Safety of Flights, and Maintenance Informational Messages ● Demonstrated excellent ability to enforce superior safety guidelines compliance in diverse aviation industry arenas, while playing a pivotal role in the elimination of systematic problems through implementation of Corrective Action Board, thus allowing effective root cause analysis and further long-term solutions integration ● Acted as an internal auditor, facilitating superior adherence to company policies and procedures; supported senior systems engineers in the troubleshooting procedures development to further implement in maintenance manuals ● Gained an expertise in bore scoping engines, fuel cells, and other airframe applications, as well as obtained a knowledge of Non Destructive Testing, welding, and Avionics, UH-60 helicopter systems and sub-systems ● Handle a scope of duties, including inspection, diagnostics, troubleshooting; experienced with Flight controls, brake systems, landing gear, wheels, electrical, hydraulics, fuel systems; conducted effective maintenance on Lycoming T53-L13, General Electric T-700-701C/D, Honeywell T-55-GA-714A and Allison T063-A-700, Garrett P-350 auxiliary power unit
