Daily Duties at American Concrete Suypply Inc:

1. Managed and Administered accounts payable, accounts receivable and/or inventory to 4 different companies. 2. Prepared purchase orders (PO) by company. Approximately 25 per day 3. Open mailed, separate by company. Attached to proper PO. Verify items on PO match invoice. Researched and Reconciled discrepancies, requested credit memo or complete invoice replacement. Prepared invoice with general ledger code and completed data entry. Perform cash evaluation, prioritizing payments required for producing weekly check runs for all companies. Match check remittance to invoices, obtain signature from CPA, mail checks. 4. Balance and generated A/R, A/P and Inventory tabulations at month-end.
