Daily Duties at Symantec:
Developed enterprise level projects including the planning phase for two high-visibility million-dollar projects, under non-negotiable deadline commitments, transitioning global Hosting and Network services and assets back from Hewlett Packard (HP) to Symantec in the creation of consistent, reliable infrastructure service with enhanced customer satisfaction. Identified scope, business objectives, risks, and cross dependencies for projects, including partnering with Network Service Directors, Program Managers, Program Director, and Sr. Network Service Managers. Increased project visibility by providing weekly status updates to Vice President of Global Network Infrastructure and Data Center Services.
