Daily Duties at Wellpoint/Anthem:

Directed requirements gathering phase of second highest priority program for Level of Care MRI and CT Scan Service improvements with the goal of redirecting Anthem health insurance members to specialized and appropriate outpatient services facilitating improved pricing plans for CT Scans and MRI services. Assessed needs, gaps and issues in collaboration with 2 Program Managers, 1 Project Leader, 2 Requirements Managers, 1 Planning Lead, and 1 Cost of Care Director. Led project related governance, schedule and scope related meetings for Executive Leadership Team, registered and monitored 34 requirements gap concerns, conducted weekly requirements status meetings for 88 Requirement Analysts, 2 external vendors, 27 platforms, with 7 business areas.
