Daily Duties at Sprint:
Monitored the Sprint Network for Customer and Sprint outages. Worked trouble tickets on customer outages. worked with internal Sprint personnel and local exchanges to restore service. Worked with on site vendors of equipment to restore service. Worked on switched access video service with domestic and international customers.
