Daily Duties at Borge, Inc:
RDO Equipment Co: I launched this national company’s new corporate brand, served as communications consultant and speechwriter to leadership, and prepared necessary communications as the owner prepared to take his company public. I continued as the CEO’s public relations consultant during a time of double-digit growth of its John Deere agricultural and construction stores. Innovis Health: During a time of intense publicity, I was hired by the organization’s owners to turnaround negative publicity to positive publicity within six months, which I accomplished. As a follow-up, I was retained as Innovis’ lead communication consultant to champion a comprehensive public relations program leading up to an opening celebration week. Projected attendance was set at 7,000. Actual attendance surpassed 18,000. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts: I created a comprehensive media relations campaign to prepare for the store’s grand opening, creating a buzz in the community which led to record breaking numbers for the franchise including the largest sales volume and profit during opening week. Brandt Holdings Co: As a communication consultant to upper management, I conceived public relations, employee recognition and marketing campaigns as owner Ace Brandt grew its holdings nationwide.
