Daily Duties at Catholic Health Initiatives:
At CHI, I directed a successful internal communications program for health care professionals including physicians, nurses and pharmacists as the organization implemented electronic health records (EHRs). Working closely with project managers and IT teams, together we successfully launched EHR programs in Minnesota and North Dakota. As my responsibilities increased, I was assigned additional markets to spearhead communication for CHI’s patient portal.
