Daily Duties at Blackwater Security Usa:
• Lead a small team of 3 employees responsible for sourcing and reference checking of prospective new hires • Responsible for finding and attracting both aggressive and passive candidates to fill technical and asset protection positions for OCONUS and CONUS DoD contract operations • Evaluated individuals' abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records, interviews, and professional sources • Interviewed applicants to match their qualifications with employers' needs, recording and evaluating applicant experience, education, training, and skills • Adjusted the DoD biographical information form for specific contracts in order to maximize its effectiveness in regards to readability and comprehension • Met with prospective security operational partners about the benefits of utilizing our services over those of the competition such as Triple Canopy and DynCorp
