Daily Duties at Spherion Staffing:

• Through recruiting efforts, replaced a team of 25 under-performing temporary techs at the Panasonic Call Center with a progressively successful team of 20 (of which 11 were selected for full-time hire) • Addressed manager concerns about temporary employee performance and or behavior • Responsible for HRA (Human Resources Assistant) duties for a team of up to 35 temporary employees in a technical call-center environment • Evaluated individuals' abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records, interviews, and professional sources • Interviewed job applicants to match their qualifications with employers' needs, recording and evaluating applicant experience, education, training, and skills • Recruited candidates and inform applicants of job openings and details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and promotion opportunities
