• Planned, coordinated and implemented full life cycle recruiting activities to attract all levels of professionals for a globally recognized company outsourcing to commercial and government clients which include Secret/Top Secret candidates • Attracted applicants by utilizing a broad range of search techniques including placing Internet job advertisements and site searches; employee referrals, internal placements; employment agencies; newsgroups; community services and colleges • Performed interviews to assess candidate capabilities, manage the evaluation process and hiring decisions, provide follow-up and feedback to candidates, and extend and negotiate employment offer packages • Extended and negotiated formal job offers, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, etc. • Worked with peers to develop and implement strategic staffing plans to meet the client's needs • Evaluated employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral • Maintained accurate recruiting records; including the maintenance of TALEO Applicant tracking system, job and employee files, Applicant Flow Logs, Affirmative Action Goals • Ensured recruitment is compliant with AAP, EOE and other guidelines
