Daily Duties at Rk Logistics Group:
Manage a $65M annual operations covering 11 Distribution centers with over 500 employees, supporting multi client operations in warehousing and transportation services for products ranging from Semi conductor to medical, the largest site location is 350,000 sq. ft. with 63,000 skus. Interface with customers for quarterly business reviews, drive process improvements increase service levels while reducing operational cost. Services performed by site locations include kitting, cleanroom processing, Ecommerce processing and delivery, Finished goods crating and processing, customer location on site logistics support offering extended services. Automated vertical lift machines , Free trade zone operations. Manage Quality, Safety, Iso certification programs, Facilitates, Train and develop Lean methodologies, Kaizen events with customers and contract negotiations.
