Daily Duties at Up Professional Solutions Llc:
Responsible for overseeing the project construction activities representing the owner to ensure construction activities, daily safety, productivity, schedule updates, material procurement,delivery, engineering issue resolutions, cost update and reviews, contractor/sub contractor coordination on construction activities, area accesses, equipment, fabrication and materials installation quality control, construction equipment allocation and placements. Daily meetings with contractors with and overall review of construction updates with owner on schedule, cost, manpower, construction issues and overall project impacts. Quality Control of materials and equipment being installed during the project. Responsible to coordinate, manage and approve procurement of materials, equipment and sub contracts, schedule development and daily update and reviews, coordinate and mange onsite personnel and sub contractors and daily coordination and productivity reporting and meeting with the client.
