Daily Duties at Kelly Services:

Responsible for establishing and managing the recruitment process to ensure that all hires and /or ramp up needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Responsible for all the operations On-Site at clients location Supervise and manage 100 + temporary employees. Manage Employees Worker’s Compensation claims. Investigations, completing First Report of Injury and communicating with the insurance carrier, physician and employee. Manage of internal Quality reports and initiatives as well as Corporate requested of reports and general administrative responsibilities and issues. Part of the Safety Team at the customer site (American Express)
