Daily Duties at Ryder:

Primary focus was to provide full-life cycle recruiting and staffing support for the Fleet Management Solutions department, which includes high, middle and upper sales positions. Additionally, responsible for sourcing/recruiting top talent across all business groups within the Fleet Management Solutions department.  Responsible for working with hiring managers to identify specific staffing needs. Sourced, screened, and interviewed candidates to meet specific staffing needs utilizing various methods of sourcing (Internet, Internal database, Job Boards, deep web searches, networking events, etc). Partner with HR & Hiring Managers to negotiate salary/offer package. Effectively managed entire process from requirement generations/definition to Hire and On-Boarding. Strategically sourced with industry specific experience. Also, included direct sourcing qualified college grads and interns. Provided detailed applicant tracking reports. Coordinated, implemented and participated in job/career and college fairs across the country. Detailed report creation on MS Excel for all Fleet Management Solutions open positions.
