Daily Duties at Genpact:
As an Assistant Manager, I lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand the advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. I work with the leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. From managing productive hours and process performance metrics, I take great pride in one-on-one coaching, side-by-side shadowing, upskilling tenured agents, coaching new hires, call reviews, compliance checks, development of training based on floor needs, help with visual management, calculations of individual and team targets, weekly meetings and syncs.
