Daily Duties at 3 M Company:
Credited with assisting in improving efficiency of fuel cell test operation for each stations to increase accuracy of testing procedures. Improved performance of Materials Electrode Assemply(MEA) and evaluated many types of characteristics tests by producing data to determine of membrane performance. Analyzed key manufacturing process and defined activity based on defects for key steps in process to eliminate debris and defects in manufacturing process and to analysis data to use quality control tools and techniques at two manufacturing plants. Developed test methods to reduced defects and cycle time for new product.
