Daily Duties at Ricoh Business Solutions:
Responsible for the marketing and direct sales of various document management and printing solutions, office equipment. Successfully analyzed market conditions and developed client relations, prepared proposals, negotiated and closed deals for IT application and infrastructure services. • Effectively plan and grow key major accounts by cold calling, networking, maximizing existing partnerships, developing new relationships, and participating in industry events • Collaborate with Business Development, Account Services, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers. • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quota • Attend all Sales team meetings, deliver detailed activity and credible opportunities reporting on a weekly basis, and track all interactions in our CRM system in order to proactively fill pipeline and communicate activity status
