Daily Duties at Global Consulting Services:

Lead and manage the sales team of around 10 Sales Managers and IT consultants. In charge of channel sales and strategic partner alliances development. Effectively build relationships at senior levels and manage external as well as internal resources. Established leadership track record with regard to Sales transformation and change management. Strong delivery focus and a proven track record of devising and implementing common sense and pragmatic solutions. Effective approach to project management and delivery. Lead and provide extensive experience of managing with multi- functional, culturally diverse teams, across different cultures, geographies and languages. Build strong customer relationships with the ability to recognize and present strategic solutions to achieve, or exceed marketing and sales objectives Strengthen relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities in a consultative manner Managing, evaluating and developing sales team members while assuring that sales objectives are met Facilitate communication within the sales team and to other parts of the company Actively manage the sales process including sales activity, pipeline and accurate forecasting. Responsible for Developing and implementing a plan to grow revenues from existing clients by 2-3X while continuing consistent new business growth rates. Successfully maintain a 90% renewal rate Work closely with Product and Marketing to implement event driven sales campaigns. Support sales team members and add strategic value to more complex deals and larger sales opportunities. Report to the CEO.
