Daily Duties at Direct Link Worldwide:
Managed and led the US Sales Team to achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue goals and also meet targeted profit margins. Report to the President. Hire, train, develop and motivate new Regional Sales Managers and expand the sales force structure and size in order successfully to cover all major accounts and various territory areas within the US. Work with cross functional teams - marketing, finance, product development, operations to develop overall business strategy and KPI's and harmonize/coordinate global sales and channel operations with other regions - Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America. Develop the annual sales plan and budget in the US and report on sales team performance improvement and new business development efforts and capture of new territories and launch of new solutions/product offering to the CEO. In charge of sales strategy and sales process enhancement, improving sales forecast accuracy and sales metrics reporting within the organization. Improved solution selling techniques and sales methodology, improved sales efficiency by implementing best practices, new rules and sales procedures, better sales incentives plan and high performing organizational structure. Working alongside global peers and Groups Leadership team contribute to the development of overall commercial and general business strategy for the organization globally. Develop strong partnerships with internal customers across all channels globally and other key functional stakeholders (i.e. technology, finance, HR, legal); Ensure all business activities comply with relevant financial, legislative, legal demands and ethical standards of the organization. Target Verticals: Large E-commerce Companies, Consumer goods and Retail, Manufacturing, Household and Clothing, Publishing and Books.
