Daily Duties at New Lead Technical Services:

Responsible for (a) the administration of the construction contract that DAMAC had with Harmain Gate Construction, the construction contractor; (b) supervision of the construction work to ensure the work performed by the Contractor met the contractual quality standards; (c) ensuring that the work environment remained free of occupational hazards; (d) reviewing and consenting the construction schedule and its control monitoring to ascertain if the contractor proceeded as planned; (e) leading and mentoring a team of eleven civil, electrical, mechanical, and cost engineers; (f) preparing and submitting to DAMAC Properties monthly project report; and (f) liaising with authorities having jurisdiction [Municipality, Civil Defense, Saudi Electric Company, and water & sewage department].
