Daily Duties at Ausenco:
Project Services Manager (2 projects) and Project Controls Manager (1 project) responsible for development of project execution plans, preparation of weekly and monthly reports, management of project controls engineers including estimators, cost engineers, schedulers, management of contract administrators, document controllers, IT engineers. Prepared project forecasts and managed the change order identification, estimating and submittals to Owners. Monitored EPC schedules and progress and performance tools.
