Business Line Project Manager responsible for auditing, advising and working with proposal managers, project managers and project controls teams on target and awarded projects to reduce costs and to maintain schedule milestones. Dispatched to international job sites in KSA to mange the field activities of the Construction/Commissioning teams. Prepared weekly and monthly progress and performance reports, setup project controls tools such as change management and progress measurement, prepared and negotiated change orders and claims, prepared construction turnover/punchlist and systems commissioning reports. I reviewed and prepared and independent review of a $1.5B FEED stage LNG project in USA.
