In summary, overseeing profitable operations of the group's companies: - establishing and ensuring faithful execution of the business strategy; - managing the executive team toward achieving agreed individual and departmental goals; - inspiring and nurturing a company-wide culture which supports achieving its goals by ensuring collective understanding and agreement with the strategic vision; - timely and accurate reporting to the board and majority investor; - meeting growth targets by overseeing the sales and marketing strategy, M&A plan and client retention and growth plans;
