Daily Duties at Emerge, Inc.:
Participated in project planning sessions and conferences with client’s executive team and legal counsel. Formulated project budgets and timelines according to contract terms. Recruited, trained and supervised up to 100 contract attorneys and support staff to expedite large projects. Designed and administered MS Access databases to support document cataloging and tracking. Held ultimate responsibility for the timely and accurate fulfillment of contract terms. Performed office management and administrative functions including client billing, accounts payable, and payroll. Assisted President and Vice President/General Counsel in budget planning, cost containment, process improvement initiatives, marketing, and business development.
