Daily Duties at Trial Graphix Kroll Ontrack:

 Consulted with attorneys, litigation support staff and corporate clients on the creation of scalable, repeatable data preservation and collection, knowledge management, review workflow and production procedures.  Led case management team in coordinating the details of e-discovery projects from inception to completion, including data collection, processing, review, quality control, output deliverables and data management.  Identified areas of risk, such as spoliation, inadvertent waiver of privilege, potential violation of Safe Harbor Act, and implemented action plans to mitigate those risks.  Provided advanced user/ technical support and training for iConect, Introspect, Ontrack Advanceview, Ontrack Inview and Lextranet.  Managed project budgets and control costs by leveraging technology and predicting the efficacy of various strategies.  Identified creative solutions to support unique project challenges, such as designing complex review workflow and production preparation procedures and customized daily reporting for an international corporate bankruptcy matter.  Developed and administered training plans for the Discovery Case Management team and provided Discovery education sessions for sales and operational management teams.  Met with potential and existing clients to perform review application demonstrations and engaged in business development efforts.  Coordinated with partner vendors to leverage technologies employed to collect, process, review and produce electronically stored information.
