Daily Duties at Cotiviti Healthcare:
Team Lead, Invoice Team Supervise team of eight Audit Support Assistants responsible for processing medical record invoices. Successful in coordinating effort to reduce backlog of approximately 48,000 invoices by 77% in five months. Generate weekly reporting regarding processing statistics and implement new reporting to analyze volumes and progress. Participate in development of invoice tool enhancement. Client Service Manager Provide project management and oversight for multiple client accounts within Clinical Chart Validation. Contribute to development and management of projects, process improvements and strategic initiatives. Responsible for multiple client-facing reports including production metrics as well as other pertinent data. Coordinate with cross functional teams to accomplish business goals and fulfill client deliverables. Manage and distribute account level task lists. Facilitate monthly selections to ensure that all are completed in a timely manner. Generate reporting which tracks activity and provides metrics for selections.
