monitor daily and adjust if needed; Safety issues, quality issues, Sales, Raw Material usage, On Time Delivery, work load and labor needed. Insured compliance in all Environmental and OSHA regulations. Monitored progress of Safety Leadership and Lean Leadership Teams. Presented Month End report to Regional Manager, Division Safety Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager and Vice President. Presented a plan for any area that did not meet expectation.
