As part of a Primary Stakeholder team (C-suite, Technical, Business Operational and Functional departments, my role depended on need, I have held - Project Management for all phases of the project, - Sr. SharePoint Developer - Application and Database analyst In the above roles, my duties ranged from - Assisting in Strategy development, creating business models, Vendor Selection, Auditing, Planning, Designing – systems, processes, databases, and configuration of 3rd party applications. - Staff Training and service request fulfillment. - Help/Service Desk administration and fulfillment - Author of targeted Self-Help and HowTo documentation and sites
