Office of CEO /VP & GM of Enterprise Software &Technology Championed all aspects of management and execution across IT operations, legal, marketing, manufacturing, finance, procurement, product development, salesforce.com, contract management, CRM, supply chain, SCM, service delivery, customer experience & HCM. • Led team of 8 senior executives in developing and executing long-range technology growth plans with key accounts, developed KPIs, new client engagements, strategic sales engagements, ongoing customer support, best-in-class technology implementation and discovery of new SCM business opportunities to increase revenue generation. • Designed and accountable for three – five year business strategy and plans, vendor analysis strategy, established vendor recommendations, product messaging, scaled cloud application strategy, vertical strategy planning and integration, researched techniques to identify new and emerging technologies, evaluate risks, secured acceptance of top vendor for SCM implementation to achieve MBO targets • Managed core product innovation and evolution of existing products to strengthen existing customer relationships and contribute to growth in adjacent and emerging markets to enhance market adoption • Orchestrated Business to Business Integration collaborated with senior leadership team on product growth plans, vertical specific system integration and process automation solutions, aligning the objectives of engineering, product marketing, sales, services, procurement, manufacturing, operations, and finance. Worked closely with customers, industry analysts, and alliance partners to achieve business goals.
