Daily Duties at Rezult Technologies:

Responsible for the Development of training materials for Physicians, Nursing and Ancillary personnel for use during training and as reference material post-training Collaborated with external team members to ensure inclusion of necessary material from outside the Physician access module. Responsible, as one of 4 individuals, for the development of physician documentation templates using SNOMED concepts, to give the physician electronic templates to replace such forms as Progress Notes, Admission H&P, Discharge Notes, etc.,. Collaborated with a group to optimize current Order Sets; review of current processes and suggest changes to improve efficiency and staff adoption. Lead Educator for Provider Experience implementation for multiple facilities, including Order Management, Patient Chart, Physician Note, Medication Reconciliation and any interfaced external programs such as Exit Care and Document Management Systems. Responsible for development of End User guides, Develop Training Schedule Templates for use by 27 facilities and determine staff training needs,
