Daily Duties at Washington County Public Schools:

. Performed facilities assessments of all facilities and determined the priorities in which the present maintenance funding would be spent. Developed a 20-year replenishment plan for the facilities to ensure that the major components of these facilities would be replaced prior to failure. Manage all trades, custodial staff and office staff to ensure proper delineation of responsibilities. Work in full cooperation with Architecture and Engineering firms during the design and construction phases to ensure that the buildings are built to the educational specification standards and are maintainable when construction is complete. Work with the administration staff of each location to make sure that the maintenance staff maintains a good relationship with administrators.
