Daily Duties at California University Of Pennsylvania:
Responsible for the design and construction of all new facilities as well as the operations and maintenance of all present facilities. New facilities that I have been responsible for include: $12.8M Recreational facility, $9.8M Parking structure, a $60M Convocation Center and a $30M student Center. Besides new construction, this position is also responsible for all maintenance and operation of existing infrastructure. Infrastructure improvement projects include: Selected chiller, boiler, roof and lighting system replacements.
