Established NewCo in Spain; Prepared business and manufacturing/assembly facilities and identified European supply chain vendors. Developed business processes from sales to order fulfillment – with added complexity for import of high tech product from US Project Management for manufacturing and assembly facility in Spain, successful grant award of 12M Euros. Chapter 11 filed September 2013, actively involved in the auction process which concluded with the purchase in December 2013 by Ricor Generation.
