Daily Duties at State Farm Insurances:

• Coordinate and follow up on project tasks and/or service activities between external and internal business partners. • Analyze root causes of accounting errors, report discrepancies and provide corrective actions, and also work in compliance with company policies and procedures. • Assess and analyze business structure and make strategic recommendations for process improvements and streamlining across division and departmental divides and geographic locations. • Develop and implement strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing business data requirements. • Maintain and use project methodology as needed to complete assignments as needed. • Responsible for creating feasibility studies for new solutions and application. • Showed great analysis by providing business and cost benefit analysis for process enhancements and projects. • Develop training strategy, develop and coordinate training materials, and conduct training programs. • Serve as a subject matter expert within assigned area. • Proficiently monitor, analyze and make recommendations for resource allocation and load balancing needs.
