Geriatric / Gerontological nursing care for the physical and psychosocial needs of older adults. I focus on maximizing their functional abilities, as well as promoting, maintaining, and restoring their physical and mental health. Manage the work effort of those personnel who are assigned as my subordinates, such as LVN, CNA, and CMA. Coordinate with MDs, Nurse Practitioners, dietary staff and also the various therapy personnel as an overall team effort in the health promotion of the clients.
