Daily Duties at University Behavioral Health:

My responsibilities were to manage the nursing staff during my shifts. This included appropriate staffing of the units, ensuring safety of the patients and staff. I was responsible to assist in the admissions processes. Much of my time was spent "putting out fires" or problem solving as problems came up, whether it be with patients, staff, or the facility itself.
