Daily Duties at Glen Oaks Hospital:
My largest role here was to serve the staff who were taking care of the patients - the nurses and techs. I would plan and organize the systems that they would use to complete their work. I would track, monitor and report on quality control issues that were identified within the nursing department. I would maintain discipline in staff behaviors and ethics with the aid of the House Supervisors.
