Daily Duties at Us Bank:
Multi-tasking was performed daily while supporting multiple Relationship Managers with managing their complex book of accounts consisting of Irrevocable, Testamentary, Custody, Agency, Charitable and Individual Retirement accounts. Prepared and scheduled meetings for quarterly and yearly investment performance reports. Trained in solving complex issues such as AML, GST and UPAIA. Assisted Relationship Managers in preparation for the OCC audit and made sure that the correct forms and paperwork were completed in the clients account . I was responsible for the onboarding and training of new hires. First point of contact for clients being serviced by an administrative team. I answered all incoming calls to the Trust contact center and directed them to the appropriate party after first trying to solve the issue on my own and documenting it. Processed all cash transactions for Irrevocable, Revocable, Agency, & IRA trust accounts. This consisted of taking request from account owners and processing payment by check, ach, or wire to the desired source. I was the site coordinator for ABA and Cannon seminars for continuous educational credits for CTFA candidates. I prepared and gathered material for participants to attend meetings. Corrected and identified all overdrafts in the money market and raised cash to remove overdraft. Obtained assistance from appropriate areas to meet clients’ specific financial needs, acting as a liaison between the client and the relationship manager. Answered inquiries and responds to requests for account additions, deletions, changes, verifications, explanations, copies, etc. in a timely and professional manner. Managed the vault and conducted the monthly audit with dual authority.
