Daily Duties at Equator, Llc:

Primary responsibilities included the creation of a team from scratch of Client Account Representatives, whose focus was on resolving software process and system issues. Developed metrics for internal and external groups with regard to issues addressed, resolutions times and trends. Managed projects to ensure their successful testing and subsequent releases to the clients. Created training process to understand the SDLC and application with which projects were managed. Integral part of the successful implementation and stabilization of Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Fannie Mae, HSBC, Chase and GMAC. Tested software implemented to enhance the client experience. Provided feedback and streamlined and process by which the results were returned. Wrote various specifications with test cases for projects that increased various efficiencies for the clients and internal departments. Mentored Account Reps and Account Managers.
