Daily Duties at Advantage Route System:
• Primary responsibilities include manual software testing of website, desktop software and handheld application. Setup and implementation of automated testing tool. Code review, results reporting, maintenance of projects, documentation and client relations included in additional responsibilities. • Part of the implementation team for international client with 80 daily routes, 10 branches and 150 users. Part of the launch team for new product. Responsible for the successful documentation and implementation of test processes specific to new clients with multiple servers and data sets. • Responsible for process improvement on support escalation tickets from tech support to programming/testing.
