• Responsible for Arrow SLED/FED partner base companywide for IBM channel partners .with focus on High Availability, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity solutions • Strength in competitive positioning against Oracle/SUN, HP, EMC and others. • Achieved annual sales attainment in excess of $110M with a CAGR of 21% in 2007. • Served as trusted advisor to 13 key partners including Puerto Rico; and responsible for all facets of partner success to include training and education; demand generation and marketing, and profit/revenue growth.. • Received “Circle of Excellence” award (ACE). • Managed new partner recruiting and retention. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Siebel CRM, FTP site maintenance pertaining to partner deliverables such as GSA price files and web site content for the division. • Marketed to various government contracts: ITES-II, WSCA, SEWP, NMCI and DHS First Source.
