Prepare monthly reports on financial expenditures and plans related to areas of responsibility. Meets with IT Management to analyze and explain reports. Responsible for updating and maintaining the weekly Open Positions report which tracks employee hires and terminations. This report is used by upper management for Pro Forma purposes. These Requisitions are forwarded to our Purchasing Department where a Purchase Order is created. Provide and approve coding on contractual invoices. This is to ensure that hours submitted for our contractors are correct before payment is issued to vendors. Responsible for processing monthly metric reports on Risk Management related issues which are distributed to upper management. Processed the ABA staff related Compliance Training report. Other reports as needed.
What they like about Tcf:
You give high priority to hiring firms with prestige. Market reputation and prestige of a firm may be determined through on-line research, and conversations with individuals working in your target industry. Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity. So as you assess your employment opportunities, be sure to seek out the positive aspects of the firm's reputation in addition to noting negative publicity the company may have received.
