• PE-CVD module owner for Thin Films Dielectrics area at Intel's semiconductor development fab • Working with oxide- and nitride-based thin films in support of multiple, novel transistor designs and SOC technologies developed at Intel • Participated in task force/working groups for known product design issues and aided in DOE and pilot runs that included full multivariate statistical analysis of PE-CVD parametrics correlated with upstream and downstream inline product designs
