Daily Duties at Hntb:

Serves as primary point of contact with the clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within project budget and with maximum client satisfaction. Be a technical advisor to the client and the stakeholders, regulatory agencies and contractors. Actively manage project budget and schedule, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, project team assignments and design sub-consultants. Prepares and negotiates contracts and with the client and contracts with sub-consultants and the contractors. Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Prepare strategic plans, process and team structure. Determine scope of work and prepares fee proposals for the scope and changes in scope. Define staffing needs for the delivery of services from Programming, design, construction administration, commissioning & project activation / ORAT phases of the project and for the project success. Provide direction and oversight to the project team members. Coordinate work efforts and review work performed by the designers, project staff and sub-consultants. Plans, organizes, integrates and evaluates work allocation and the performance of the assigned staff. Create and implement quality management procedure for the project. Be a champion for the team. Identifies, track and mitigates the risk for the project delivery.
