Team Lead during STA (Short Term Assignment) for Environmental and Safety KORE requirement. Implemented and supported the IMS (Integrated Management System) area, reviewed and implemented standard procedures, trained all department teams, implemented the environManager system (Risk Assessment and Regulatory Assessment), performed internal and vendor audits, implemented CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) and improvements plans. Developed and established training materials, process maps, SOP's, Work Instructions, Change Management Tools and Communication strategies.
