Daily Duties at Open Text:
• Development and maintenance of test cases libraries for both existing and new features. • Review project documentation and translate requirements into test strategies, test plans and test cases. • Execute test cases through manual processes and report results in a concise and timely manner. • Supported for designs and approaches that were implemented by others • Collaborated with engineering team to identify and address the testing coverage • Frequently communicated the progress and dependencies of current projects with teammates and Project Managers • Simultaneously worked on multiple projects, while balancing workload and shifting priority levels to meet targeted deadlines • Collaborated with other QA engineer during the creation of test plans for various software applications • Attended daily scrum meeting, as well as sprint planning, and sprint reviewing meetings • Facilitates risk/issue project related sessions to drive to conclusion
